Large-scale WordPress build with custom ACF block system

A large, content-rich site built for The Resource Alliance, an international organisation connecting fundraisers and changemakers around the world.

The site uses a fully custom ACF block system, with bespoke templates, styles, and flexible layout options for each section. With so much content to manage including: events, resources, and thought-leadership articles, the goal was to make the editing experience as intuitive as possible while keeping everything visually consistent.

There’s also a dedicated Events section, allowing the team to publish and manage upcoming conferences and global gatherings, with dynamic filtering and easy content reuse across pages.

It’s one of the bigger WordPress builds I’ve worked on, both in terms of page count and the number of custom blocks, and a great example of how far you can push WordPress when it’s designed and structured properly.
